Tim Traver – Founder and Chairman

As President and Founder of Dorothy’s Family, Tim is responsible for directing the charity’s continued growth and day-to-day operations.

Professionally: Tim has worked for a U.S. Congressman and U.S. Senator. He currently works as a hospital consultant for the Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC. He is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Dan Traver – Vice Chairman/Legal Counsel

As Vice President of Dorothy’s Family, Dan is responsible for overseeing the overall mission of the charity while working to ensure Dorothy’s Family remains in compliance with legal regulations during events and financial filings. Additionally, Dan manages Dorothy’s Family’s operations in Orlando.

Professionally: Dan works as a partner at GrayRobinson law firm in Orlando, FL. He is a graduate of Cornell University and Loyola University Law School.

Eric Mayer – Treasurer

As Treasurer of Dorothy’s Family, Eric is responsible for ensuring the charity remains in financial compliance with government recording standards. Additionally, Eric provides key support in executing the charity’s day-to-day operations.

Professionally: Eric works as a personal wealth advisor for the Meike Financial Group, a subsidiary of Raymond James. He is a graduate of Purdue University.

Charles Nettleton – Trustee (New York)

As a Trustee of Dorothy’s Family, Charlie is responsible for managing the charity’s operations in New York on an annual basis.

Professionally: Charlie works as a financial analyst for the Health Co. Group hedge fund in New York. He is a graduate of Villanova University.

Phil Koesterer – Trustee (Chicago)

As a Trustee of Dorothy’s Family, Phil is responsible for managing the charity’s trivia event operations in Chicago.

Professionally: Phil works as a writer for VSA Partners in Chicago. He is a graduate of Notre Dame University.

Liza Ruscitti – Trustee (Chicago)

As a Trustee of Dorothy’s Family, Liza is responsible for managing the charity’s annual bags tournament and garden party in Chicago.

Professionally: Liza works as a marketing director at the American Bar Association. She is a graduate of Tulane University.

Sean McLean – Trustee (Denver)

As a Trustee of Dorothy’s Family, Shane is responsible for directing the charity’s operations in Denver.

Professionally: Shane has worked at the Department of Energy as a policy specialist. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and is currently completely an MBA at the University of Denver.

Nick Hanlon – Trustee (Chicago)

As a Trustee of Dorothy’s Family, Nick is responsible for strategic planning, event execution and web development.

Professionally: Nick runs an electrician’s practice in Chicago. He is currently completing a degree program at North Central College.
